In a triangular plot of just 200 sq.m. a challenging building was designed and constructed. The plot has 2 sides border walls and only 120 sq.m. of buildable surface. Specifically it is a modern luxury house of approximately 190sqm, with spaces that extend on 3 levels.

The volumes extend over the building border with angular openings that provide a wide view. The intense geometry characterizes the interior of the building. At the same time the use of white and black at the interior spaces intensify this geometry. A waterfall takes place at the high wall of the borders. This element provides a pleasant microclimate in the courtyard. Furthermore the staircase functions as a natural ventilation chimney. In combination with the openings of the facade, they provide air and light to the whole building.
